Wonderful

Very spacious, good price quality ratio and in a nice location!

There were some small defects that the TV did not work and the lamp at the bed up did not go out.

The location close to the city centre.

The main issue was that the apartment was not prepared upon our arrival as scheduled. We understand that it may happen but we would have appreciated if informed in advance to adjust our plans. In our opinion, the optimal occupancy are two persons, if there are more the comfort of stay may be limited.

Exceptional

The house is equipped with tableware, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. It's easy to go to every place in the city center. Basically you can get there by walking. There are several Carrefour Express next to it, and there is also a 24hrs private supermarket. Replenishing snacks and water is convenient. There are many places to eat, there are many choices

Very convenient location a few hundred meters from the Plaza de España metro in the young student neighborhood. The house is delightful for a family with adult children as in our case or for a couple. Everything is very clean and refined in style.

A few more dishes wouldn't have gone amiss (only 1 pan and no salad bowl) but you can easily adapt. Some small maintenance to do in the bathroom.
